We provide services to the following areas: Austin and surrounding area. A travel charge may apply depending on miles/commute time.
IMPORTANT: For each service, HOURS and PRICE are listed AFTER the requested service. The "5 mins" tag refers to approximate time it takes to request booking. Service hours and prices cannot be modified.
1) First time users create an account
2) Returning clients, log into account, find and select service, desired date/start time.
3) Receive automatic email with booking request notification.
4) Within 24 hours, booking details will be verified via text/call.*
*Required security deposit will be collected at this time. Upon receipt of security deposit, booking is finalized.

A $50 security deposit per service booking day is due to secure appointment and will be paid to Zelle or Venmo account. Booking deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is credited toward your total bill for the completed service. In the event you cancel for any reason; the deposit compensates childcare providers for lost income and booking opportunities. If the childcare provider cancels for any reason and an alternate cannot be provided, the deposit will be refunded.
