how it started
Leaving a successful career in tech sales a decade ago to start my own business was the toughest, yet, most rewarding decision I've ever made. With the work ethic, drive, and determination I know is ingrained in me, I knew I could build something meaningful from the ground up.
That’s how Tori's Tots Childcare was born.
I didn’t just deliver dependable, loving childcare, I become an expert with infants and toddlers. Through this process, families trusted me as their child’s loving care provider and advocate. I found a balance between offering expert advice while also encouraging parents to trust their instincts and allow their core values to lead the way. It was all about empowering them to feel confident that they knew their child best and I was simply a part of their parenting team whilst in my care.
As the business expanded, my adult children became an essential part of it, turning it into a true family affair. What started as a personal passion grew into something we all contributed to, a legacy of care and dedication that I’m proud of.
And that was the start of a new story — Heart and Home Company.
